The REACH directive (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of CHemicals), adopted by the European Parliament on 1 December 2006, obliges companies that produce, import or use chemical substances to register these substances and their uses and if need be, determine any related dangers and risks. Some substances may have to be prohibited; others have to be replaced or specifically assessed.

This regulation has important consequences in terms of companies’ liability and the use of substances. Its application necessitates assistance in project mode of the companies concerned, taking into account the economic constraints and the necessity for the REACH directive to be effectively implemented. Any company producing, using or importing articles containing chemical substances is concerned by this directive.

We assist you:

  • In the identification of the issues, risks and opportunities relative to the implementation of REACH.
  • In the definition and execution of your REACH action plan (priority management, organisation of activities, organisation of internal and external competences, etc.).
  • In the set-up of industrial efficiency actions enabling the replacement of critical substances with alternatives.

A structured network of partners enables us to develop a comprehensive approach integrating all the themes relating to the implementation of REACH (operational efficiency, integration of suppliers, client and partner, legal affairs, toxicology).
